Personal details are only collected if you voluntarily provide us with them when placing you order, opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter. We only use the details you have provided without your separate consent for performing and processing your order. Once the contract has been performed and payment made in full your details are blocked for other uses and they are deleted once the retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your details. On registering for the newsletter your email address is used for some promotional purposes until you cancel the newsletter. Cancellation is possible at any time.

Your details are forwarded to the shipping company tasked with delivery where required for delivery of the goods. We forward your payment details to the credit institution tasked with payment for processing.
